- eggplants
- chopped onions (1 medium for 5 eggplants)

- black pepper and turmeric, garlic , salt, lemon pepper & pepper

Pill the eggplants , fry them, and put them around a big skillet or corning wear and set aside. Brown the chopped onions (1 medium for 5 eggplants) & cook the beef stew or chicken. Spice it with black pepper and turmeric, garlic , salt, lemon pepper & pepper to taste, Add half cup (more or less) of water and put in the center of the skillet or cooking wear. Add the half tomatoes and cook (medium or low fire) till the tomatoes are tender. Add more water if necessary. The gravy should be a little thick, not watery.
