Ingredients
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 2 c brown sugar
- 2 sticks marg or butter
- 1/2 tsp bak soda
- pinch of cr of tarter
- dash of salt
- 8 qts of popped corn (32 c)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

mix butter, corn syrup, and sugar in a heavy pan – bring to a boil.

cook for 5 mins – remove from heat.

stir in bak soda, cr of tarter, salt.

then add vanilla.

stir to blend in a lg roasting pan using 2 lg spoons.

bake at 200F for 1 1/2 hr stirring several times (every 15 mins)
