Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 7-8 potatoes, cut up and cooked
  • 2-3 c sour cream
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped up
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.

  2. Serve cold.
