Sausage and Corn Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 3 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cavender all purpose Greek seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 lb spicy bulk sausage , cooked,crumbled and drained
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn , thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients together; mix well.

  2. Spread evenly on 6 tortillas.

  3. Place sausage, cheese, chilies and corn evenly over the 6 tortillas.

  4. Sprinkle with salt.

  5. Top with remaining tortillas; press down gently.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees on a lightly greased baking sheet for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.

  7. Cut each quesadilla into wedges.

  8. Serve warm.
