Kahlua

Ingredients
- 1 12-cup pot very strong coffee
- 3 tbsp Swiss Mocha International delight
- 1 tbsp Instant coffee
- 2 lbs. light brown sugar - only use 3/4 of the bag
- 6 tablespoons Pure Natural VAINILLA, concentrated flavor (something we picked up in Mexico)
- 1 1/2 400ml bottles of 190 proof Everclear (total of 600ml)
Directions

Bring coffee to a boil in large stock pot.

Gradually add 3/4 of a bag light brown sugar, instant coffee, swiss mocha, and return to boil stirring constantly.

Let cool until room temperature. (add 1 cup of ice to cool faster and place pot in sink of cold water).

When completely cool, stir in the vanilla and everclear.

It is ready to serve and/or transfer into refillable bottles.

Use as a primary ingredient for White Russians, Black Russians, Espresso Martini, and more.
