Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups zucchini
- 2 cups flour
- Frosting:
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Directions

Mix first six ingredients and beat for two minutes. Add zucchini and flour alternately and beat two more minutes. Don’t under beat. Bake at 350˚ for 20 minutes in ungreased jelly roll pan (or 30 minutes in a 9×13 pan).

Frosting: Mix all together well and pour over hot brownies.
