Ingredients
- 90g butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cups SR flour
- 2 tbsp jam
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup coconut
Directions

Mix butter, 3/4 cup sugar, egg yolks and SR flour together.

Press into a greased slice tin.

Spread the jam on top of the pressed in mixture.

Beat egg whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar and coconut. Spread this mixture over the top.

Bake for 25 minutes in a moderate oven.
