Ingredients
- chicken filets
- salt
- pepper
- flour
- olive oil
- sliced monterey jack cheese
- Dr. Pete's praline mustard glaze
Directions

Pound chicken until thin. Season with salt and pepper and dredge in flour. Brown chicken in oil in frying pan on both sides. Slice Monterey Jack cheese adn roll up in browned chicken. Hold chicken together with toothpicks. Place in pyrex dish; cover with praline mustard glaze. Put in preheated 350 oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
