Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped white onion
- 1 cup cup white vinegar
- 2/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 bag fresh cranberries

Note: Chop everything very small.

Combine all in a large pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 45 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
