Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 cup cup white vinegar
  • 2/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 bag fresh cranberries

Directions

  1. Note: Chop everything very small.

  2. Combine all in a large pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 45 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
