Ingredients
- Combine in bowl:
- 2 cups rice flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Combine in separate bowl:
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Mash together in another bowl:
- 3 bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients then fold in mashed banana mixture. Bake in muffin tin at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
