Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 salt
- 1 C butter (no substitutions)
- 2 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, cream butter for 30 seconds; add the 2 C sugar and cream until fluffy.

Add eggs, milk and vanilla to creamed mixture; beat well.

Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating till well combined.

Form dough into 1" balls; roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.

Place balls 2" apart on prepared cookie sheet and flatten slightly with the bottom of drinking glass.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8-9 minutes or until light golden in color.
