Oatmeal Scotches

Serves 10 people
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Cup (2 sticks) Soft butter
- 3/4 Cup of brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 Orange rind
- 3 Cups of oatmeal
- 12 Butter scotch morsels
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon;set this aside

In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract

Gradually beat in the flour mixture

Stir in oats and morsels

Drop by measured tsp onto ungreased cookie sheets
