Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8-ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 – melt butter in pan. Drain most of the water out of the whole kernel corn – mix both corns, jiffy mix and sour cream together, pour into melted butter in pan. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes – let sit for 10 to 15 minutes after you take it out of oven to thicken. That’s it.
