Pork Chops n Pickle Juice

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • sweet pickle juice
  • yellow onion
  • ketchup

Directions

  1. Place pork chops in an 8 × 13 baking pan. Salt and pepper pork chops on both sides. Place pork chops in the pan. Place a thick onion slice on top of each pork chop. Squeeze a healthy dollup of ketchup on top of the onion slice. Pour pickle juice in the baking dish so that it is approx 1/2 way up the pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
