Spinach Artichoke Dip

Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped not marinated
  • 1 box frozen spinach
  • 1 package ranch dry dressing mix
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup white american cheese cubed (find in deli)

Directions

  1. Mix and put in casserole dish

  2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  3. Stir twice while cooking.

  4. Serve hot with chips or bread.
