Mushroom Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup dried mushrooms, soaked 1/2 hour
  • 1 cup of leeks, chopped
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions

  1. Saute leeks in butter.

  2. Add mushrooms and soy sauce, saute for a few more minutes to release liquid in mushrooms. If using dried, add some reserved mushroom water.

  3. Add cream and reduce by half.

  4. Chop sage and add to sauce.
