Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup dried mushrooms, soaked 1/2 hour
- 1 cup of leeks, chopped
- 1 cup 35% cream
- 6 fresh sage leaves
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions

Saute leeks in butter.

Add mushrooms and soy sauce, saute for a few more minutes to release liquid in mushrooms. If using dried, add some reserved mushroom water.

Add cream and reduce by half.

Chop sage and add to sauce.
