Pomegranate Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados, chopped
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1/2 c chopped cucumbers
  • 1/4 c chopped green onions
  • 1/4 c chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to bowl. Careful not to mix too much (don’t mash). Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chips.
