Chocolate Cup Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar (1 c.)
- 3/4 c. (6 T.) oleo? - Put into bowl & add 1 1/2 c. (3/4 c.) boiling water
- SIFT INTO ABOVE
- 2 c. flour (1 c.)
- 2 tsp. soda (1 tsp.)
- 1/2 c. cocoa (1/4 c.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (1/4 tsp.)
- MIX WELL AND ADD
- 2 eggs (1 egg)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (1/2 tsp.)

Bake @ 350 for 17 minutes – makes 2 dozen

*Don’t over-bake, cupcakes will continue to bake after removed from oven

When testing doneness, toothpick can be slightly moist

*Ice with creamy vanilla or whipped cream cheese
