Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c rice ( cooked as directed)
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 c. vegetables, chopped (green pepper, black olives, green onions, etc.)
- 1 c. Italian dressing
- 8 oz. pepperoni, chopped
Directions

Cool rice and mix with other ingredients.

Add 12 c. dressing.

Refrigerate.

Pour remainder of dressing (1/2c.) on just before serving
