Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 - 15oz can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 - 12oz can evaporated milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.

Beat eggs in a seperate bowl.

Combine spice mixture, eggs and pumpkin together.

Gradually add the can of evaporated milk.

Pour into pie shell.

Bake for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 40-50 minutes.
