Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions

Combin water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in flour.

Beat with wooden spoon until douogh forms a ball and begins to leave sides of pan.

With electric mixer beat in eggs, on at a time, until mixture is smooth.

Spoon into pastry bag.

Pipe onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Freeze for 20 minutes.

Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Toss in bag filled with 4 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
