Two-Layer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 8 squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 squares white chocolate

Directions

  1. Foil line an 8" square pan.

  2. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and 3/4 cup condensed milk on high for 2 minutes, or until chocolate is almost melted.

  3. Stir after 1 minute of heating.

  4. Remove from microwave after 2 minutes and stir until all chocolate is melted.

  5. Add nuts and vanilla.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Spread onto the bottom of square pan.

  8. Microwave white chocolate and remaining milk on high for 1 1/2 minutes, or until chocolate is almost melted.

  9. Stir after 1 minute.

  10. Remove from microwave after 1 1/2 minutes and stir until chocolate is all melted.

  11. Spread over semi-sweet chocolate layer.

  12. Refridgerate for 2 hours.
