Ingredients
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 3/4 cup milk chocolate morsels
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced almonds, finely chopped then toasted
Directions

Combine evaporated milk adn sugar in small, heavy duty sauce pan.

Bring to a rolling boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.

Boil, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Stir in morsels.

Stir vigorously until mixture is mooth.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Refridgerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Roll into 1" round balls.

Roll balls in almonds.

Cover.
-
Keep refridgerated until ready to serve.
