Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 avocado
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Directions

Wisk olive oil, juice from lime, zest from lime, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper together.

Set aside 2 tablespoons of liquid.

Add thinly sliced steak to the rest of the mixture.

Allow steak to marinade for at least 15 minutes.

In a seperate bowl, gently toss avocado, cilantro, garlic, and the 2 tablespoons of lime liquid previously made.

Season avocados with salt, to taste.

Grill steak.

Serve with tortillas and avocados.
