Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gnochhi
- 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons white wine
Directions

Bring water to a boil then add gnochhi; cook until gnocchi floats.

Drain well.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet.

Add mushrooms and shallot, brown well.

Stir in garlic, flour, thyme.

Bring broth, cream, and wine to a simmer and allow mixture to thicken slightly.

Fold gnocchi, mushrooms, and liquid together.

Serve warm.
