Moms Ham and Potatoes

Excellent and fairly easy to make

Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 1 lb. cut up cooked ham
- 3 lbs. red potatoes-peeled & cut thin
- White Sauce-2 cups milk, 2 cups chicken stock, 1 stick butter, 1 onion, salt & pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

Heat butter & onions until butter is melted in 2 qt. heavy pan.

Add milk, chicken stock, flour & salt and papper

Heat until just before boiling and thickened.

Put layers of ham and then potatoes in round 2 qt. oven dish, and pour white sauce over the layers.

Cook at 350ยบ for one hour until browned.

Let sit for 5 minutes before using.
