Chicken Nuggets w/Duck Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg chicken cutlets
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 can Cornflake crumbs
- 2 tbsp duck sauce, generous
- dash salt
Directions

Cut chicken cutlets into nuggets, preferably when slightly frozen

Beat up the 2 eggs and coat the nuggets

Dredge, roll, or cover somehow with cornflake crumbs

Fry in hot oil.

Mix in the duck sauce.
