Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water , drained and flaked
- 4 green onions , sliced
- 1 stalk celery , finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- salt , a pinch
- fresh ground black pepper , a pinch
- 4 slices white bread (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon butter , melted
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
Directions

Preheat panini grill to high.

In a bowl, combine the tuna, green onions, celery, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Brush one side of each bread slice with butter.

Place two slices on a work surface, buttered side down, and evenly layer with tuna mixture and cheese.

Cover with top halves, buttered side up, and press gently to pack.

Place sandwiches in grill, close the top plate so that it barely touches the sandwiches and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.

Serve immediately.
