Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz)pkg refrigerated cookie dough, room temperature Rec. Pillsbury
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp brandy extract
- prepared vanilla frosting
- Drippy Icing:
- 1 cup of sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 drop of yellow food coloring

Preheat oven to 350

Knead dough with flour, adding in two parts and brandy extract. Break into 2 pieces. Roll each piece into a 6 inch long rope. On an ungreased cookie sheet, shape roll like a doughnut, pinching ends together. Freeze 10mins. Bake for 10-12 mins. Cookies should be just lightly golden on top. Cool completely. Frost each piece with vanilla frosting. Drizzle drippy frosting over cookies.

Drippy Icing:

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk. Tint with 1 drop of food coloring. Add more powdered sugar for stiffer consistency. Drizzle over cookies.
