Ingredients
- 3 Chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
- 16oz fat free sour cream
- 2 cups of fat free cream of chicken soup
- 30 reduced fat Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper

Boil chicken and shred. Combine sour cream and soup. In a 9×13 dish layer chicken and soup mix. Then crush crackers and placed on top. Bake at 350 until heated through.
