Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp. minced cucumber
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped dill
- pinch of salt
- Burgers:
- 1 (14.75 oz) can salmon drained
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsps dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup plain Greek style yogurt
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 whole wheat or poppy seed buns
- Garnishes: lettuce, tomato slies, red onion slices, cucumber slices
Directions

Combine first 11 ingredients in a bowl and form mixture into 4 large patties about 1/2" thick. Patties will be soft.

Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 5 minutes on each side. Serve on buns and garnish if desired.
