Pepperoni Roll

Ingredients

  • Frozen Bread Dough
  • Sliced Pepperoni
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning (basil, oregano, parsley)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Olive oil
  • Melted butter
  • Pizza Sauce

Directions

  1. Let bread dough rise for 6-8 hours. Brush cling wrap with olive oil and lay on top of dough to prevent dough drying out. Roll the dough into approx. an 11 × 11 square. Cover the bread dough with sliced pepperoni. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Next, sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese. Lightly sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Roll up dough starting at one edge of the square. Place roll on baking sheet. Brush melted butter on top of uncooked pepperoni roll. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 15 to 25 minutes. Allow the roll to cool before serving. Slice and serve with heated pizza sauce for dunking.
