Red Sauce for Bananas

An attempt to replicate the red sauce found on bananas in Chinese restaurants.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 3 Tbl. cornstarch
  • Small pkg. of Strawberry Jello

Directions

  1. Combine first three ingredients and heat until thickened.

  2. Add the jello and cool.
