Cindy’s Guatemalan Rice

Great make ahead dish for a dinner party.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rice, cooked according to package.
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 (4oz) cans drained mushrooms (stems and pieces).
- 1 cup maoy
- 1/2 lb lobster meat
- 1 can crabmeat drained
- 1 lb shrimp cooked
Directions

Put aside rice. sauté for 5 minutes: celery and onion. Add mushrooms and mix with rice.

To mayo add lobster, crab and shrimp. Mix well. Blend with rice mixture.

Cover with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake 1 hour at 350
