Ingredients
- 3/4 lb medium sized shrimp, cooked
- 1 (#2) can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsps flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 cup grate Parmesan
- dash paprika
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions

Arrange artichokes in buttered flat casserole. spread shrimp over them. sauté mushrooms in 2 tbsp. butter for 6 minutes. Add to casserole.

Make sauce: Heat 1 tbsp butter, flour,milk. Add Worcestershire, sherry, salt and pepper. Pour over casserole. sprinkle top with parmesan.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
