- 5oz. cellophane noodles
- 12oz. packages Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded scallions
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. Chinese mustard
- 12 leaves of Butter or Bibb lettuce

Cooking Instructions:

Place cellophane noodles in a large bowl and pour over enough boiling water to cover. Let stand for 10 minutes until soft and transparent. Drain and return to bowl.

Prepare Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips according to package directions.3.Using kitchen scissors, cut noodles into two-inch thick pieces. Add carrots, scallions and cilantro. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and Chinese mustard; add to the chicken mixture and toss to combine.

Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and roll up.
