Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz) package ceam cheese
- 2 ripe avocados peeled and mashed
- 2 tbsp onion, chopped
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg Pillsbury crescent rolls (8 oz)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 oz canned crabmeat
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped and seeded
- 2 tbsp. parsley
Directions

oven to 350. Roll out dough on 13" pizza stone. Put in oven. Bake 15 minute. Cool. Peel and mash avocado. Mix with 2 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well with onion, sour cream and salt. Spread on cooled crust. Grate cheese, spread over avocado mixture. Chop crabmeat and tomato and spread over cheese. Sprinkle parley over.
