Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package spinach
- 2 carrots , chopped
- 2 celery ribs , chopped
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 garlic clove , minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes , diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon basil , dried
- 1 teaspoon oregano , dried
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes , crushed
Directions

Place all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours. Remove bay leaves.
