- 1.5 tablespoons honey
- 1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon steaks

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over fish.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350-400 degrees)
