Skillet Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmessan cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Coat a large nonostick pan with cooking spray, and place over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.

  3. Add zucchini, sliced and halved.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. cook until zucchini is tender.

  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
