Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) thin-crust Italian bread shell
- Cooking spray
- 4 plum tomates, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Directions

Place bread shell on an ungreased baing sheet or pizza pan; coat crust with cooking spray.
