Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced lean roast beef, cut into strips
- 1 large sweet red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 large green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 steak rolls
- Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Directions

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot.

Add meat, peppers, and onion; saute until meat is hot and onion is tender.

Spoon meat mixture evenly onto botton halves of rolls.

Add cheese if desired.
