Ingredients

  • 4 plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes, sliced and vinaigrette. Cover and chill.

  2. Sprinkle each serving with feta; sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, if desired.
