Ingredients
- 1c flour blend
- 2t baking powder
- 1/2t baking soda
- 1/2t salt
- 1/4c grated parm cheese
- 1c grated low-fat cheddar,1/4c for tops
- 2 lg eggs
- 3T brown sugar
- 1/4c canola oil
- 3/4c orange puree

In bowl combine flour blend, baking powderm baking soda and salt. Add parm and 3/4c cheddar and set aside

in another bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar, then whisk in oil and orange puree. Fold wet into dry and mix until flour is just moistened (don’t overmix).

Scoop into tin (3/4 min)
