Dipping Oil

Just like served in Italian restaurants.

Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4-5 cloves garlic, pressed
- Crusty bread
Directions

In jar with lid, combine first 7 ingredients. Stir, then cover and shake well.

Before serving, stir to blend oil and seasonings, then pour into small shallow or rimmed plate.

Slice or tear bread into pieces to dip and eat. Use or cover up to one month. Serve at room temperature.
