Quick Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Light Done Right! Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strip
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups White Rice (uncooked)

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chickenl cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through.

  2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to a boil.

  3. Stir in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
