Aunty Kathy’s Quick Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups (1 28 oz can) stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cups red canned kidney beans
  • 1tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1-2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Saute beef and onions.

  2. Put all ingredients in large cooking pot.

  3. Heat to a boil for 5 minutes and then reduce to simmer for 30 minutes minimum (more simmering makes this taste better).
