Marshmallow Crispy Treats

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 6 cups (10 1/2 ounces bag) miniature marshallows or 40 regular marshmallows
- 6 cups puffed rice cereal
- Variations add:
- 1 cup raisins or
- 1 cup nuts or
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (add to marshmallows while melting)
Directions

Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Ad cereal, stir until well-coated.

Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into greased 9×13×2” pan.

Cut into squares when cool.
