Roasted Green Beans

I often substitute the Italian dressing with other marinades.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh or frozen whole green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 red pepper, cut in strips
- 1 orange or yellow pepper, cut in strips
- 1 red onion, cut in strips
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup mozerrella cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.

Add cheese; bake for for 2 minutes.
