Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions

beat cream cheese and sugar together until blended.

add eggs one at a time.

stir in vanilla extract.

in a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.

add dry mix to cream cheese mix until well blended.

fold in raspberries and chips.

preheat oven to 375 degrees.

fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.

bake 20-25 minutes.

serving and bake time vary with size of muffins- for mini-muffins, bake for approx 10-12 minutes depending on oven strength.
